Mario Bros Legacy

Un jour, je me suis dis: et si je créais une suite à l'univers de Mario?
C'est ainsi que ses personnage et une histoire me virent à l'esprit!

One day, I ask myself: How I imagine a sequel to the classic Mario games?
So those characters and a story came to my mind! ;D

The tall ginger girl is Sara, Luigi and Daisy's daughter.
The two lil' twins are Pera and Mela, Mario and Peach's daughters. :'3


Synopsis FR:

Après plusieurs années, ou Bowser semait le trouble dans le Royaume champignon, Peach et Mario finirent un jour par se marier. Après ce mariage, la paix revint. Etrangement, on entendit plus parler de Bowser. Plus d'attaque, plus de kidnapping, plus rien. Mario et Peach n'en furent que plus heureux. Mario devint alors Roi, héros du royaume. Avec le temps, Mario et Peach eurent un fils, qu'ils nommèrent Adamo.

Mais alors que la paix règnait, Bowser revint. Fou de rage et plus fort que jamais, il s'attaqua à la famille royale, et décida d'enlever le fils de Mario, avec l’aide de Bowser Jr.

Mario, avec l'aide de Luigi, tenta désespérément d'arrêter le Roi Koopa, Mais Bowser était plus fort que jamais, et alors qu'une boule de feu lancée par Bowser Jr. fonçait droit sur Mario, Luigi s'interposa, brûlant intégralement son flanc gauche. Mario devait faire un choix : sauver la vie de son frère, ou l'abandonner à son sort et arrêter Bowser et retrouver son fils. Il fit son choix, et son fils disparu...

Des années plus tard, la paix revint, mais Mario était rongé par la perte de son fils, et passa des années à le rechercher.
Luigi, handicapé, forcé à porter une prothèse sur son bras gauche afin de ne pas aggraver ses brûlures, ne pouvait plus se battre au côté de son frère. Il posa sa casquette et mena donc une vie de famille paisible avec Daisy, en tant que Roi de Sarasaland. il eut une fille, nommée Sara.
Plus tard, Mario eut deux filles jumelles, Mela et Pera, mais continuait à chercher son fils, sans succès, jusqu'à ignorer sa famille. Il y eut au fil des ans beaucoup de tension entre les deux petites et leur père.

Mais un jour, Adamo réapparut... Au côté de Bowser. Renommé Amadeus Von Koopa, il se battait au côté de son nouveau père, n’ayant aucun souvenir de son ancienne famille, déclarant la guerre. Mais Mario ne pouvait se résoudre à s’attaquer son fils.

Ne pouvant rester sans rien faire, Sara et ses deux cousines avaient deux options :  faire revenir Adamo à la raison, et lui faire retrouver ses souvenirs, ou l’arrêter avant que la guerre ne commence.Et alors que leur première aventure commençait, Sara se fit un allié puissant… Rejeté par son père, Bowser Jr. cherchait à payer sa dette envers Luigi et à arrêter son père. 


(petite parenthèse: beaucoup de gens ont comparé Adamo à Kylo Ren sur Twitter. Lol nope. Pour être honnête je ne me suis pas du tout inspiré de Star Wars pour ce personnage. l'inspiration vient en réalité de Rose, la soeur amnésique de Ralph dans la BD Ralph Azham. Il est également inspiré d'Alexander dans le jeu King's Quest ^^)

After a few years, with Bowser still troubling peace in the Mushroom Kingdom, Peach and Mario ended up marrying. After their wedding, peace came back. Oddly, people didn't hear of Bowser anymore. No more attacks, no more abductions, nothing. Mario and Peach were even more happy about it. Mario became King, hero of the kingdom. With time, Mario and Peach had a son, named Adamo.

But while peace reigned, Bowser came back. Mad with anger and stronger than ever, he attacked the royal family, and decided to abduct Mario's son, with help from Bowser Jr.

Mario, with Luigi's help, tried desperately to stop King Koopa, but Bowser was stronger than ever, and while a fireball thrown by Bowser Jr charged at Mario, Luigi interfered, completely burning his left side. Mario had to make a choice : save his brother's life or leave him and go for his son.
He made his choice... And his son disappeared...
Years later, peace came back, but Mario was eaten away by the loss of his son, and spent years looking for him.
Luigi, crippled, forced to wear a prosthesis on his left arm in order not to worsen his burns, couldn't fight side by side with his brother. He let go of his green cap, and led a peaceful life with Daisy, as king of Sarasaland. They had a daughter, named Sara.

Later, Mario had two twin girls, Mela and Pera, but was still looking for his son, in vain, ignoring his family. There was, as years passed by, a lot of tensions between the little girls and their father.
But one day, Adamo reapeared... By Bowser side. Renamed Amadeus Von Koopa, he fought by his new father's side, having no memory of his old family, waging war. But Mario couldn't bring himself to attack his son.

Not being able to watch without doing anything, Sara and both her cousins had two options : bring Adamo's mind back, and make him remember his old life, or stop him before the war even starts. While their first adventure started, Sara made a powerful ally... Rejected by his father, Bowser Jr was trying to redeem himself to Luigi and stop his father.

(By the way, lots of people compared Adamo to Kylo Ren on Twitter. Lol, nope. To be honnest I didn't take inspiration from Star Wars at all. It actually comes from Rose, the amnesic sister of Ralph, in the Ralph Azham french comic. He's also inspired by Alexander in King's Quest ^^)
